Beyonce is a lesbian…in the movies

Well, this was unexpected.

Rumor has it that Queen of Pop music superstar Beyonce will appear in a new movie entitled “Tipping The Velvet”, according to Hello Beautiful. The plot of the movie? A lesbian love affair. They posted a YouTube clip of the British version, which is reposted below.

Reminds me of that scene in DreamGirls where Beyonce is talking about stepping out of her image and playing some girl that gets raped or something. If she is serious about acting, doing an atypical/challenging role is certainly a way to get noticed (ala Will Smith in 6 degrees of separation or Halle Berry in Monsters ball).

I pushed three old ladies and ran over a puppy to get to this post.

Two things: First, I think Beyonce has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that she's a terrible actress who doesn't deserve the roles she's getting. While Hollywood is busy trying to turn her into a big screen star, these ladies are getting no work.

Second, you neglected to mention that Beyonce's love interest is rumored to be played by Eva Longoria. Which means old ladies and puppies should stay inside the day this movie is released.
