Forbes NFL power rankings: Week 2

joe_flacco_3001. Baltimore Ravens (2-0, last week: #2)
Defense has given up 50 points in two games, but the offense is more than picking up the slack.  McGahee is on his way to being the LenDale White of 2009: 500 yards rushing and 15 TDs.

2. New York Giants (2-0, last week: #8)
Hard to start a season in better shape than the Giants are in.  Two wins over division rivals in two weeks, and Manning is clicking.

3. Pittsburgh Steelers (1-1, last week: #1)
Still haven’t found an offensive rhythm.  13 and 14 points scored in the first two games.

4. New England Patriots (1-1, last week: #3)
Brady’s been out of football for a year and the rust is showing.  He’s killing my fantasy team right now.

5. Indianapolis Colts (2-0, last week: #6)
They need to keep piling up these tough wins early, ‘cause the second half of that schedule is brutal.

6. Tennessee Titans (0-2, last week: #5)
These three-point conference/division losses are really gonna hurt come tiebreaker time.  They’ll bounce back.

7. Philadelphia Eagles (1-1, last week: #4)
Defense completely dropped the soap against the Saints.  When Reggie Smush is running on you between the tackles, you know you got handled.

8. Atlanta Falcons (2-0, last week: #7)
Matt Ryan is already in mid-career form, and Michael Turner is just warming up.

9. Minnesota Vikings (2-0, last week: #10)
The Vikings aren’t gonna move up the rankings much by beating the Browns and the Lions.  Let’s see how they do next week against the 49ers.

10. New York Jets (2-0, last week: On the bubble)
That defense is looking so serious right now.  They held both the Texans and Patriots offenses without a touchdown.

On the bubble: Green Bay Packers (1-1, last week: #9), San Diego Chargers (1-1), New Orleans Saints (2-0), Dallas Cowboys (1-1), Chicago Bears (1-1)

just a little insight from the guy at the grill in the cafeteria today...Denver is nice. B Dawk brings authority to the D, and they have some nice weapons on offense and Orton has performed mediocrily with much less in CHI. OAK and KC are bootay, and "The problem with the Chargers? People just expect too much."

In other news i like how you update on Tuesdays. most of the time i have to wait until Wenesday to disagree with people.
